Osteopathy is a hands on, manual therapy that treats the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, from both a wholistic and a scientific, evidence-based perspective.

At Alice Springs Osteopathy we make great effort to understand the individual person as well as their physical complaint, in order to form a treatment and management plan that is achievable and effective for the individual.

Harriet is an enthusiastic osteopath, a lover of dancing, an occasional artist and a total
anatomy nerd. Having studied and practiced in Melbourne, she moved to the central desert in Oct 2019 and she couldn't be happier.

Drawing on her experience and knowledge of yoga, in addition to her osteopathic practice, Harriet carefully tailors treatments for each patient to support their body’s inherent healing capacity in a safe, comfortable and effective way.
